Hotel Reservations - deadline December 21, 2009
All rooms are oceanview with a negotiated rate of $239 per night. Members should call the hotel at 011/599/543-6700, fax to 011/599/543-6004 or e-mail the reservations department to book a room at Selected's group rate.

Update 11/19/09 - We have learned that the hotel is sold out for the nights preceding the meeting, including Saturday, January 23. The hotel has assured us that rooms are available in our room block for our meeting dates (Sunday, January 24 through Thursday, January 28) as well as the days following the meeting. Since it is peak season, however, members should make room reservations as soon as possible to secure your spot at this in-demand property. For those needing accommodations the night of Saturday, January 23 (and earlier in the week), Selected recommends using a hotel locator such as hotels.com. The large group utilizing the Westin prior to our meeting also is in need of additional rooms and will be booking at other hotels on the island. As such, it is recommended that you secure your reservation now for best options.
